Birds Eye has put some thought into lunch and dinner with a new line of frozen vegetables aimed at quick and tasty meals.

Birds Eye Recipe Ready frozen vegetables are ready to go into stir-frys, fajitas, tacos, pasta, and chicken and beef entrees.

There are 20 varieties in the line, which include stew blend (carrots, onions, potatoes and celery), mirepoix (carrots, onions and celery), primavera (red peppers, asparagus, peas and julienne carrots), Southwest blend (corn, black beans, poblano peppers, red peppers and onions) and broccoli stir fry (broccoli, carrots, onions, red peppers, water chestnuts, mushrooms and celery).

If you ever needed just a bit of sofrito for chicken and rice, or mixed mushrooms for a pasta or some peppers, onions and mushrooms for a veggie pizza, Birds Eye has thought to include them in the new line priced between $1.59 and $2.59.

The cookies are made with peanut butter, gluten-free rolled oats, chocolate chips and M&M candies.
