Recipe: Beef and Portobello Stroganoff

1 can (14- to 14.5-ounce) no-salt-added beef broth

Grease a 3-quart shallow ceramic baking dish.

Heat a large, covered saucepot of salted water to boiling on high.

In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse bread until crumbs form.

Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring to break up meat.
